חיישן Aquadopp 3000 מיועד להתקנות של עד 3000 מטר עומק ובעל כל היכולות של חיישן Aquadopp סטנדרטי. חיישן Aquadopp 3000 הנו חיישן חדשני, ומוכח ונמצא בשימוש אצל לקוחות רבים. חיישן זה ללא ספק מד הזרם single-point המתקדם מסוגו בשוק. ביחס למערכת סטנדרטית, Aquadopp 3000 בעל קוטר גדול יותר (כ 84 מ"מ לעומת 75 מ"מ), אך עדיין בנוי כולו מחלקי פלסטיק וכתוצאה מכך הוא קל יותר מהגרסה Aquadopp 6000 והינו משמש כחלופה מצויינת למים בעומקים בינוניים.
ראש חיישן המתמר עשוי מדלרין מעובד. כיוון הקרן בראש החיישן יכולה להגיע בצורה סימטרית או זהה לתצורת mooring head סטנדרטית.
