חיישן Aquadopp 6000 הוא "האח הגדול" בשורה של חיישני Aquadopp. המעטפת המכנית כולה עשוייה טיטניום לצורך התאמה לעבודה בעומקים משמעותיים באוקיינוסים. העיצוב הכולל של המערכת מתבסס על תהליכי בדיקה והתאמה רבים שכללו מספר רב של לקוחות לחקר ימי ברחבי העולם. חיישן Aquadopp 6000 חזק ועמיד ומכיל גם את כל היכולות והמאפיינים של חיישן Aquadopp סטנדרטי. Aquadopp 6000 בעל קוטר גדול יותר מהחיישן הבסיסי (כ 84 מ"מ לעומת 75 מ"מ) והוא בנוי מטיטניום דירוג 2. כתוצאה מכך, המכשיר כבד יותר מהמכשיר הסטנדרטי אך ניתן לעבוד עימו ללא צורך בציוד הרמה. ראש חיישן המתמר עשוי מדלרין מעובד. כיוון הקרן בראש החיישן יכולה להגיע בצורה סימטרית או זהה לתצורת mooring head סטנדרטית.
